Being Volunteer Foundation's focus on ground-level work has provided valuable lessons for the organization. One key lesson learned is the importance of access to stable income as a foundational element for improving overall well-being. BV recognized that when people have their livelihoods secured, they are better positioned to take care of other aspects of their lives, including education and health. In response to this insight, BV initiated its livelihood development work in 2020.

In addressing livelihood development, BV conducted a comprehensive study of the existing scenario and developed a holistic approach to address the issue in a sustainable manner. Central to their strategy is the integration of micro-enterprise technology. BV believes that micro-enterprise technology is a critical component for ensuring the long-term sustainability of outcomes in livelihood development initiatives. This technology can enable individuals to establish and manage small businesses, which in turn, can contribute to their economic stability and prosperity.

By strategically implementing the right solutions in the right locations, Being Volunteer Foundation has succeeded in creating a lasting and positive impact on the growth of local economies. This approach aligns with the idea that empowering individuals to take control of their own economic well-being can lead to broader improvements in their lives and communities.
